I've been out for an Indian meal ... had a G&T with some popadoms, then shared a bottle of wine with hubby, back home now, just had a cointreau

it was a bit bizzare actually ... curried lamb shanks with chick peas and spinach - absolutely scrummy though

I had a chilli MasalaA bit hot, only managed half of it. Nice enough.
Still hasn't warmed me up fully.

I had sliced potatoes, that were plucked from the finest fields and fried in the most charismatic of cooking oils. Joined by an egg, laid by the most organic chicken on the planet, fried in some more charismatic cooking oil. Seasoned with sea salt and exquisite vinegar, the result was a delectable infusion of flavours, combined to please almost any palate.
(In other words I had egg and chips and it were lush)
