Some folk do have irrational fears,a lot are of clowns.

He didn't even have to look at the clown .......all he had to do was ignore balloons popping. He really and truly is a piss poor HM. FGS - the food budget is at stake. PATHETIC! Even dave and steve managed (sort of) not to react to their partners being in there. A few balloons popping.


I can see where Mario's coming from TBH.

Jojam has a clown phobia.  Dunno why though,  he looks at himself in the mirrors often enough!   

the poor blokes been reduced to a nervous wreck in there, so he jumped at balloons popping whats the big deal, that hes called a effing wanker for it.

It was hilarious. 
Personally I don't like balloons going bang. They make me jump but not half as much as a work colleague (6'5" 43 yr old male) who started screaming and tried to hide under his desk when 2 birthday balloons went off suddenly behind him last week .... he took the rest of the week off to recover.

Ben's fear wasn't the actual bang - more what was inside the things IMO. God forbid the quiff got slimed.  

And that clown - daughter would have had a hissy fit. Completely clown phobic.

Me being one of them I've hated clowns ever since my mum took my sister and I to the circus...I was 6 and they scared the Bejeesus out of me..

I'm sure the rules said that when in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother they didn't have to ignore the events and could talk about them.

If this is the case no fails will have occurred in there and for example Mario could have talked to his Grandad and Ben could have punched the clown in the face.

How did Mario know what went on in the DR?

I don't think he'd have incurred a fail though ......he'd thought about it.

I don't believe Ben is at all clown phobic BUT if he were then you can't just ignore what terrifies you. I have a completely irrational fear of pigeons. I they are waddling around near me I'm like a cat on a hot tin roof. No way can I just not look at them Sooz.

 Corin did well, but she didn't exactly ignore the pies, she threw her hair extentions away and kept moving her head out of the way, if nothing was there, she wouldn't be doing that, same thing as Ben did tonight.

My current list of disliked HM's in no particular order are: Dave, Mario and Ben. If one of them went each week that would suit me.

So he was right about things which happened in the house during the task which therefore involved other HM's...TBH as far as I have saw Corin has been the best throughout the task.
