Me too, she's crap irrespective of her sex.
I can't change the station it's not my radio, if we put a local station on (Radio Trent), you get the same 5 songs played all day long, even worse. What would happen if I rang in and told her to feck off!

The best young female presenter around, IMO, is Lauren Laverne. Genuinely cool (actually had her OWN band, instead of just hanging around musicians), intelligent and a good interviewer.

Of course in my day the gentlemen who introduced gramophone records were formally dressed and spoke the King's English.
We only started haviing the radio on this week, it does break up some of the silence but the quality of what we have to listen to has been absolutely shite!, I thought Radio 1 was supposed to be good, all I can hear is a bunch of ejutts who love the sound of their own voice, their not funny, and just gab on about stuff happening in London (I don't even live there, so why would I be bothered about something happening here), and they keep name dropping, what a bunch of toss pots.
Try local radio, Poolshark, if you want to find out how bad it can really be.
