How have we progressed?

ME? I think I got worse, but I'm still the same. Certain 'randoms' came out of the woodwork and I just had to respond. (those old timers will know what I mean) xxx
By responding, I became a bit of an animal
Glance I got into situations where Real Life got involved..... and I dont regret a single thing.

I think back in the old days I got too involved with folk on the forums and that made me paranoid and suspicious of people in quite an unhealthy way.

I love this place, I've started speaking to lots of different people and it's great.

I'd love to meet a couple of people in particular from here one day and have a good old gossip and cuppa cha!!

The Salon/BBGF forums in particular were a great sanctuary for me when I was in a very dark place.

Doing all right - seemed to have caught a dose of bulemia. Getting better though. Starting tests soon for a transplant, so things are looking up!

For me personally I got myself in to a situation that ended up being not so nice, so I learned from it and had a long forum break and RL took priority again!

Oh the hassle I got was terrible Laugh

I used to post under "glittergal" although I wasn't really one for talking in the SITs so I don't know anyone else that well really - only the namesSmiler

Yep, 7 years for me. Right from that time in 2002 when I was recovering from major surgery & I wandered into the Salon forum (just for a *quick look") But I don't think I've progressed much at all. I'm still the huge pain in the ass to some I've always been Nod

Sometimes it's hard not to get invloved though, especially when it all becomes like a cyber soap opera Laugh
