I think Channel 4 have been hoping for a gay romance for years in the BB house - ever since they put in Joshua (?) in BB 2 as a "love interest" for Brian. The more "tolerant" they are seen to be, the more controversial, the more patronising I feel they are becoming.

The fact of the matter is, most viewers are bored with the showmances because the only real romance that has ever happened in the BB house was between Helen and Paul on BB2. They took it slow and it was a real romance. None of this bumbling under the sheets, none of this "did they or didn't they?" crapola.

I absolutely abhor the whole idea of putting two gay men in BB in the hopes that they will get it on. They are identifying these men by their sexuality alone.

they put gays in every year, it's the bb law, political correctness and all that.

I'm not fussed what way ppl swing, just wondered were they picked because of their sexuality, i think your right though, no doubt pc comes into it somewhere its bollox eh

Political correctness? I don't think so, Sonny Jim. For the most part, they have picked people based on gross stereotypes every year. It's been laughable. Almost the opposite of political correctness, really.

Apart from Mikey, they havn't put anyone in with a disability, wonder why!

A person in the house who has a disability will almost always reach the final week. Not through any falt of theirs but because the housemates would not want to nominate him/her as they would fear it would make them look insensative.

ummmm but Mikey didn't win, but yes I understand the reluctance to nominate. IMO Mario made it worse for the other HM's for constantly pointing out his disability.

There must be hundreds of disabled people that go for audition. I just don't know how Endemol get away with that one.

I always reckoned Sezer was gay.

That's the way he appears in my dreams anyway. Ninja
