I'm a fantastic poster girl for that Q&A. I forgot to register the ones I thought I'd got right. Suffice to say, I think I flunked. But that's good in this context, yeah?
Heard about this on Radio2 steve wright show today
I surprised myself by saying no to more than I assumed I would Most of my yes's were to do with modern singers/bands, they just don't interest me lol
I haven't counted up yet but suffice to say ....there are a few.
As for taking slippers to a friends house ......that made me laugh - my mum brings hers to me - I find that quite funny. Not sure why.
Smilies still not working for me .....anyone know what I may have done?
28. You talk to colleagues who are so young they donât know what an Opal Fruit is
don't know why but I found that one funny
I think some of that is about developing "taste". Getting older means you have life experience and can dismiss the irrelavent and trivial.
As for moving from Radio 1 to Radio 2, I made the jump straight to Radio 4. Radio 1 for me died with John Peel. Most of the DJ's since are sh*te. I can't remember the fat bloke from Weeds, but hated him from day 1 (ah just remembered - Moyles).
I do like a bit of Radio 2 and often dip into Radio 3.
I have no problems with technology - it makes up a large part of my job
I do use the line "in my day" from time to time. Especially when comparing chocolate bar sizes and prices
Have I written enough on this subject or do you need more?
Only about 6, I'm relieved to say!
Only 2 yayyy - and one of those was about never going out without your coat, which I have done since I was 14 - I am ALWAYS cold
