I haven't posted here for a while so I'd better remind you all that I live in Lanarkshire, Scotland.

 

Today it was cloudy to start, but has been sunny, but not hugely warm, all afternoon. Will be workable daylight until 11pm, unless it clouds over again.

West of Scotland - mostly sunny, with one light shower.

Joe is in Tees Valley, which I now know is not in Newcastle.

Today we have been travelling in the North West of North Yorkshire. Mother wanted to see where her Great Grandmother had her market Garden. Places visited were as follows, Croft, Barton, Melsonby, Forcett, Eppelby, Aldbrough St. John, and Piercebridge. I can now reveal that the weather in each was warm and sunny.

Several miles to the left of where highway number nineteen crosses route sixty-six, brilliant sunny and warm weather. Done three washes whilst my dear wife whose name for the moment escapes me and I have managed with a good firm handshake before bed for years, recovers from jet lag.
