The website that Mrs H has posted is saying nothing about snow for my postcode but very very cold temperatures instead for the next few days.

so far it is pretty accurate for me - the wind is horrific

local news still saying lots of snow for us overnight - web site says snow till at least Sunday so will see how correct it was - from my bed - I am gonna hibernate

Not decided on the exact location yet. Somewhere around York/Leeds/Selby. We need to move to be nearer to OH's work in Leeds. The house goes on the market next month, not sure how long it'll take to shift though.

we've got a good 3 inches of snow outside... and its still falling!

Is bloody freezing cos of them all trooping outside to "have a look at it"... open door, close door, open door, close door....

It looks exactly like it did last time you looked.... SHUT THE BLOODY DOOR & LEAVE IT SHUT....

I couldn't go home cos my parents were abroad...so those of us that couldn't..got to stay & have the run of the whole school..Bonus!!!

not any more - first sign of snow and Norfolk schools shut - sometimes it is the bus companies that force the closure though

my dog has just come in looking like a walking snowball... its all matted into his fur and then frozen.... he's like an overexcited kid...

and.. oh! he's just bolted upstairs and I can hear him on my bed

they are all just laughing!!!

I dived out today and shopped so I can safely be indoors for a day or two but the guys have to get out for work - I am down a little Country Lane with a mile to the main Road

the wind is nearly driving me potty - it is louder than the telly

Late news and weather still saying Norfolk and Yorkshire are going to be the worst effected - any ice not likely to clear all day - be careful if you have to go out

We had a light flurry of snow earlier on but it isn't lying. It is absolutely freezing cold though.
