Freezing cold in Oxford and our heating and hot water aren't working.
The bloke was coming round to look at mending it yesterday and he came during the 10 mins that hubby popped out for a paper, so he put a note through the door and left (I was away all weekend).
Needless to say, hubby is not my favourite person atm
