Its been nice and sunny here in Oxford all day, although we are experiencing a bit of a downpour atm

Two flippin days of it. I'm not appy! 

 

Still Wet, Wet, Wet, Wet, Wet here in South Yorkshire.

 

My village was just on the tellybox and must have been mentioned in London because someone 'phoned up to see if we were OK.

We were amused because one of the properties involved had a big sign outside, last time it was for sale, saying, "This property is not subject to flooding!" We feel for the householder though. One of my drinking pals was interviewed.

Joe I had a feeling one of the places mentioned was where you live. One of the other places mentioned, Newburn where they think some flats are about to collapse is just a stones throw from our business premises. Scary

This is a few miles from me - i know these flats, newly built in the last 5/6 years. Terrible for the owners

It finally stopped raining overnight! 

The sun actually came out this afternoon! It's drizzling now

When I picked up the youngest from nursery he proceeded to dance on the lawn whilst shouting, "it's raining!"

"Potential flooding could hit parts of the UK over the coming days as heavy rain sweep across areas of the country, forecasters said.
