It's 10:21 and the rain is coming straight down and very hard, no wind at all. The sky is grey and I'm loving it as I am in the house and not needing to go out - love summer rain.

Monday night was like that here .. honestly have never seen rain come down so fast! We had two different flavours of lightning too .. one lot coming in from the sea, the other from the hills Today so far.. big rain, now glorious sunshine . Isle of Cumbrae has its own climate

Here in South Yorkshire it's a little overcast, but still relatively bright and dry.
