Same here in Oxford Aimes ... wind so strong it blew one of the ridge tiles off. If someone had been underneath that when they fell they would be dead now

Bright and breezy here in Scotland. Fairly widespread cloud cover, but it's not too dull. (South Lanarkshire) We are 600+ feet above sea level, so it's not too surprizing to hear that it's not greatly warm.

In Gloucester it's been raining since the early morning, lighter now though.  Cold. More heavy rain forecast for Tuesday here. Flood warnings already in place in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire for flooding in areas close to the river Severn and tributaries.

It looks as if this month will be the second wettest April since records began.

Managed to dodge the near constant rain here and get out to the park for exercise. Forecast tomorrow is good, but a mix of rain and sun for the rest of the week!

Suffolk....the sun attempted a coup at about 3pm...if failed and is currently hiding out behind a never ending cloud.

Miserable cold wet morning and then suddenly the wind dropped and the sun came out and its really hot and brilliant sunshine now.....so unfamiliar
