Still feels very cold, although there is a little thawing going on. A huge rumbling dollop snow has just fallen off the roof. (It would have been dangerous had I been standing underneath.)

I have an open fire and use solid fuel. Getting anxious in case they are unable to deliver next week. Then where would I be?

A very slow thaw going on here ...............could do with some rain - still very deep snow all round - it's getting on my nerves now. I'm dreading if it gets real cold again and the wet patches turn to ice.

As Katty said ^^^^^, heavy snow which is now lying on top of the 15 inches of snow which was already there. I can see my village being cut off, by the end of the day.
thaw in Norfolk, hardly any snow left now except in clumps and on the fields - there wasn't that much in the first place. A bit colder than yesterday and misty but not quite freezing.
Thawed yesterday here in the West Midlands, but still very, very cold and the frost is still all over the trees (and more importantly my car!!). Have to say though, with the trees being bare now, the frost does make them look beautiful.
Hopefully warmer weather on it's way to my part of the world by Thursday, really hoping so, I just don't like the cold and snowy weather at all. Hope everyone is ok where they are and managing to get about, this weather is beautiful to look at, but it's not nice to have to work, shop or just get about.
