It didn't actually happen! A few spots of rain was all and although we have just had a torrential downpour, there's still no sign of the forecast thunder and lightening. Still a bit overcast though.
I see they've got the torrential rain at the Celtic/Aberdeen match now.

Yes , they've cancelled the rain warning in my area , so I guess I will have to go out and water my plant pots after all !!

It's too hot again, Yesterday's rain hasn't cooled things to any great extent.
Was intending to cut the grass, but it's too hot too do it in the full sun. Maybe manage it a bit later!

Yes. I should probably have indicates that the downpour was long as in the day through and sustained as in it never stopped.

Reasonably dry for most of the day, but it decided to start raining as I was leaving work. 
Midnight and a bit........and there's still a glimmer of light in the northern sky!
Very hot on Tuesday, too hot even for a cardigan. 5 pm went to a World Buffet - 'twas lovely - left it at around 8 pm - and it was STILL too hot for a cardigan.
Today it was supposed to rain for much of the day. There was a shower around midday and that was about it. Was too hot for the cardigan again and really too hot for the waterproof, but I had to wear it because of the forecast. Took it off even before the bus came and it stayed off for the rest of the day. Even now I am in the short sleeves only!
