Look into herbal supplements and take Vitamin C all year round.
But yes, if you're having breathing problems you should see the doctor again.
It's actually not bad. Went out for a walk and coffee at around 8:30 this morning. It's dry and not too cold. Bright-ish.
Scotland - Sun splitting the skies, very little breeze, not hugely warm, but feels pleasant.

It started off dry and bright enough but now I see rain on the bus windows. I understand that we are in for some poor weather over next couple of days!

We have had a bit of wind, a bit of sleet, cold and ended the day with the sun. What a crazy island we all live on, you just gotta love the way the weather does what it wants.
Snow's lying now. 
Still snowing, but is only lying on the grass - for now!
West Cumbria...snow not lying, sleet and some hail, I just love Spring
We've had cold and rain on and off today. Meant to get worse overnight and tomorrow though

Lanarkshire - It's quite sunny just now, quite hazy too.
There's a bit of a breeze, but it's warm enough that it's quite pleasant.
