raining and freezing cold in Nottingham

Still frozen snow on the ground  since last week,bliddy freezing in Glasgow.Chilly wind getting up now as well.

Lots of snow on the ground and it's very slippy underfoot. I've had the heating on all day, and I'm still cold.

Trying to decide if it wants to rain and it's cold in South Shields  and there's still ice on the pavements but main roads are fine

It's snowing quite heavily here, roads are white over and looks as if it is set to be on for a while.

Ten inches of snow fell in Perthshire Saturday/ Sunday.  More snow fell tonight  

For the people that want snow........have it.   Try driving in it , and worrying if you'll get to work, and worrying if you'll get back from work , and if some twonk that is driving too fast , and right up your backside  isn't pissed, and going to smash in to you, because you're going too slow.........rant over.

Terrifically damp outside and seems warm but I've got the heating on in my sitting room

Tonight's the first night in weeks I haven't been freezing Onetoo.  We're due another cold snap though so all this ming (slush, leftover snow, sleet and rain) is just gonna freeze over and it'll be like an ice rink.

3-4 inches of snow and its still coming down hard and fast, 12 inches forecast, so I dread the morning.

We had our first thaw in over a week in the West of Ireland today.  The road and footpaths outside my house were like glass.  Snow isn't too bad at least you can walk on it but when it freezes over it it's treacherous.
They're promising some snow tonight but windy tomorrow and to get much colder on New Year's Eve.
I agree with Stoory .  They can keep their White Christmas.

Cold, but no snow. Was slushy for a bit yesterday afternoon, but by the time I left work, it had all gone.
