Think of this as my virtual postcard to you all ....

Weather been hot... Has started off a little cloudy and a little cooler today (20C) booooo!

Hope you all had a good Christmas - we snorkelled with butterfly and parrot fish on Christmas Day.

The Egyptians are on the whole lovely and can't so enough for us. The troubles in Cairo have had a devastating effect on the Red Sea resorts despite then being miles from Cairo etc. it's really sad to see .

They all wants daughter!! Some seem quite interested in the boy too

Miss my dog soooo much! The cat and my dad also - but it's Loki that I am pining for!

I'd completely forgotten about the Ditty-on-tour event!

Blimey. I'm so envious. You wouldn't be surprised to know that even I had a go at scuba diving back in the day. It didn't go very well. Thereafter I decided to use one of those submarines in the Caribbean. Much more sense.

Don't forget to bring one of these back to the Ship.

Aimee - I look half dead in those family in bed pictures - I am obviously too old for sea salt Hollister hair, no make up - don't judge me on those photo's

I couldn't pass up the a rare opportunity to get a pic if all four of us just via I looked like I'd just woken up (which I had)

I'd post some photos of the Egyptian attempts at Xmas decorations (wrong penguins) or sunny poolside pics or even the ditty clan in bed selfie - but I can't get them over from fb on my phone - so either someone else needs to do it for me or it needs to wait til I get home (tues)

Yeah - it's kinda good (the Bridget jones book) but it's hard going for anyone coping with loss.

Though there are a couple if fab lines in it such as being brought up to believe that a young ladies shorts should be longer than their vajayjay

I've spent the afternoon planning a New Year's Eve feast, and have loads of tabs open on my ipad with possible dishes to cook.

i just read Ducky's post up there ^^^, looked at the adjacent tab, and it says Duck Breast.
