I congratulate the journalist who alerted the Australian RSPCA, just wonder why it's taken so long for them to know what the Producers or whoever think they can get away with for the sake of their idea of "entertainment". The ITV lawyers are doing what they can to stop Gino and Stuart from having to go to Australia in February to answer the charges, I hope money doesn't buy off what should apply to everyone whether tv companies, celebs, or anyone else that thinks it's ok to harm or kill any living creature for their own pleasure. As for killing the rat because they were hungry - try telling that to those in Biafra and other areas of the world who really know what hunger and starvation is, they die because of it.
Well said! Those silly sods were hardly going to die of starvation, were they? And as others have said, it was a tame rat, so hardly a fair contest. Bet they felt like "real men" for slaughtering it. Poor little thing - it probably wandered in because it thought those two idiots would be friendly.
