It's about an audience though. They think everyone is on FB. How wrong they are

Yep. I don't, and won't do Facebook. They can feck right orf!

They clearly don't understand how to make this work.......and they will wonder why the viewing figures are so poor after a week, or even a few days!

They have. But I haven't!

I used to have Sky, but got rid cos I rarely watch TV and it seemed a waste of money. I now just have freeview, but through a sky box. About a year ago they changed the settings (or summat) and even if you weren't a subscription customer you needed to buy a new updated sky card to receive all the freeview channels. Cos I rarely watch anything but E4, and E4 wasn't effected by the change......I never bothered getting round to buying the card. Until I do I won't be able to watch C5. It's never seemed much of a loss before

I was looking forward to falling off the wagon.....

Ah right, does your Freeview come through a box or built in to your telly?

Catch up tv ducky. You should be able to watch it on there. I don't have a TV and rely on this internet site.

Thanks Cologne. I agree it's a great site! I've used it before to watch BGT...... cos Sky stole my ITV1 as well apparently

But now Simon Cowell has abandoned us for the US of A, I have no need for ITV either

Yeah, get rid.........new telly is what's needed   Maybe a new digital aerial (depending on what area you're in)

Haha

I have watched every series of BB.......and curiosity will probably lead me to watch the opening episode of this one, but it might only be one episode if they're going to put all the updates on Facebook!

I only have a skybox since I moved here; there's no arial and, yes, they took CH5 away and I couldn't be bothered to buy a new card, just as well, the TV caved in soon after.

There's very little need for one these days.....unless you want to watch it socially. With the catchup tv site, and iplayer etc..... who needs it?

I also have very bad luck with TVs....I broke my last one with a helium balloon.

Very wise Sprout!

Helloooo not so wise Kaffy

There's not much to tell..... my son was experimenting with his birthday hellium balloon. He was sticking just enough post-it notes on it to make it float at a height of about a metre...... it touched the TV......there was a slight static noise....and the TV died.

Since then we always have a releasing the birthday helium balloon ceremony as soon as it shows signs of going down ....... this year we took it down to the sea to release it, and watched till we could see it no more. He is 19.  We are a bit sad

   What's sad about that?

Handy tip there though.... I'll make sure helium balloons don't go near my telly!
