Who on earth thought that these were a good invention?

I've just flooded out my entire bathroom and a good deal of my kitchen too because the door wasn't properly shut when I thought it was.

The entire concept of a walk in shower is just doomed to failure surely?! Just like a walk in bath!

I hope this doesn't mean you have to move out for another month while your house gets de-flooded.

I don't need a walk in shower to flood my house..... I just need to forget to turn the bathroom tap off and not notice till my stairs resemble a waterfall.

I hope everything is OK.

My son once managed to flood the kitchen... via the ceiling .... when he forgot to turn the taps off

Now it's payback time....listening him shouting at his kids when they forget

Awwh, thanks everyone

It's not a massive deal, it's downstairs so there's no worries for damage to ceilings etc. Just a bit of a shock when I drew back the curtain to the floor having turned into a lake!

I was stood there for a few minutes just looking at it wondering what to do.

I want a wet room downstairs. I have space. OH says we don't need one. Have I ever listened to him before....nah

My en suite has a walk in shower....tres posh. Never floods as it's only used by me
