Of course we didn't previously know how the Power HM thing would work, but there are quite a few repercussions of Jale being up every week that may not have been thought through by BB and/or us viewers. For example, someone on DS pointed out that Jale doesn't have to worry what the other HMs think about her any more - she can do what she likes to them in there, just so long as it doesn't get her thrown out!  

She does still have to think about how the viewers perceive her (unlike Helen, who won't see the repercussions of that until the final week), but annoying certain HMs could work in her favour...

Oh, now there's another thing: will the Power HM still be exempt from eviction?

They won't be exempt from nominations. because their identity will be a secret to the other HMs, but BB could still nulify any noms against them. If that's the case, then the public could prevent a HM from ever being up for eviction!

I deleted the app then downloaded it again, so I could vote for Chris again on your behalf. It worked.

Chris would be a great choice, an interesting housemate and for my money he can be the Power HM for the whole series.  I don't think it would go to his head like it did with Pauline and his choices would be interesting.

Is this voting free then or does it cost 50p a vote? I decided a few BBs ago I wasn't putting in BBs pocket when they kept twisting the rules, the last time I voted for anyone it cost 7p a vote. 

It doesn't cost to vote in the poll, but it does cost to vote to evict the HMs.

Some plonker thought it cost to vote in the poll and bought some votes,, but at least I'll be able to use them to evict a HM from my hit list.
