Growly, I am so very sorry to hear your sad news and the way you have been treated by Virginmedia I think is disgusting.  I see you just got some sort of apology but it doesn't really sound as though they meant it if they are reading from a script which most of them do these days.  They don't seem to be able to think for themselves.
