This much is true 

Don't think Mr Y has had the email yet, otherwise he'd have been ranting on the phone to them.

A step too far for me. Already paying £59 pound odd for basic services.....I don't think so (and I've been with them since the days of Telewest) .....I'm out and my services are being turned off early September. I'm now on the hunt for a new supplier  before then  So I know I'm not on here an awful lot these days but if I totally go missing, you know why  

I managed to get £15 off the first 6 months and £10 off the next 6 months of what the new fee would have been. Plus some extras thown in too 

Just reduced my bundle by £40... and given me one of those new TiVo boxes for nowt....always worth a haggle every now and again
