To say that he never has the rule book out of his paws, he sure does break more than any one else in there.He has constantly broken the "No talking about noms" rule, by winking and nudging, and nodding and snidey comments etc.Saying who "He" would like to go first, and meaning it.BB hasn't been very forthcoming with punishments for him, and I think this is because he is so immature and childish, that the first sign of any discipline he would have walked.
