yes

I believe the maintenance charges at these holiday parks are very expensive, as you have use of all the facilities eg swimming pool

My SIL had a lodge in Yorkshire  when she was looking after her mother….but needed a break now and again…..it wasn’t too bad but included everything including insurance…..when her mum passed she sold it, but wishes she didn’t now🀣

what a shame she did sell it.

my friend's nan has one and its only about 20 miles from where she lives.

she lost her husband not long ago and the company on the site is great for her, so she often goes there.

Her mum was in a care home eventually but she visited every day to make sure she was ok. Poor soul had dementia and was on the wrong side of 90 when she passed…..but my  SIl had about 8 years altogether .

now her husband has a foot problem and can’t walk far and won’t go on holiday….so their lodge would have been good for them both☹️
