Ok , I think Ros ….arm was a bit sore earlier , but seems ok now ….it was the Pfizer one again….and I think that’s the best one for me ….only one that made me feel a bit rough was the one I had last autumn , which was a new type ….

It was the Spilrvay Bivalent …..don’t think I’ve had a Moderna ….but I know one of them made my son quite ill ….
