ridiculous imo, especially I read today 3 beaches are now so polluted in Wales alone, public are advised not to go in the water at all!

I was surprised to see how expensive even the small vans are.

My nephew is a wild swimmer…..he’s done the Alcatraz to shore swim among others, like the Hampton Court to Kingston on the Thames……both for charity, but he’s more or less give up long swims now

he is brave, but don't think it is wise now with what these water companies are dumping in our sea and rivers.

He started because he was well overweight……it worked, but since he stopped big swims he’s piled it back on again 😱🙄

its so annoying how flippen weight has this habit of creeping back on so easily.(I know from experience!).
