They diagnosed me with one….but I saw the surgeon at the RS &G when I worked there and I had no such thing…it was something that physio can fix….so I got that for nowt as well and exercises for the first signs of stiffening and hardly have any problems now πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»I found out cos I suddenly started having bad dizzy spells ….they thought it was Meneires ….so sent me to physio to rebalance the ear fluid ….but physio wasn’t sure it was , so sent me back to consultant to have scans …turned out it was a bulging disc . I decided against an op , but I still have to be careful how I turn my head β€¦πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£

Mine just went very stiff and painful….still have to be careful tooπŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
