Sending you an extra as I saw you are remembering that awful day. Not easy for you I am sure.

It would have been my lovely dad's birthday today. He said as a kid, he didn't used to get much as people would give him a Christmas pressie and say "that will do for your birthday as well".  So I always used to do a little tea party for his birthday.

We could buy this one for a weekend retreat

we don't want an above ground pool anyway, they hated them in Oz and didn't count them as a proper pool .

hopefully better houses to come for us

yes true, as even though it looked a bit boring and the pool was only above ground, it is in a nice area and a good big garden.
