never fancied yoga-think I tried one lesson and gave up- found it boring

I tried it once too …..and all it did for me was to emphasis how bliddy uncoordinated I am But I do meditate nearly every day now , and I’m sure that does help with my anxiety

Have done a bit of yoga back in the day….did nothing for me.

yes, meditation could help you Baz…..that did nothing for me either….mind just veered off as it usually does🥰🥰🥰

Mine tends to wander too ….but nowadays I can pull it back again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I can’t do that…,possibly because I don’t want to…but good for you🥰🥰🥰🥰
