🤣🤣🤣🤣funnily enough I’ve got a hypertension review in a couple of weeks so I’m having to do bp readings ….and it freaks me out ….I get very anxious …which I’m sure puts the bliddy readings up …which in turn causes my anxiety to be worse …and round and round we bliddy well go ! 🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣

I think that’s natural….nurse at surgery suggests doing both arms….don’t know why…..but they say do one when you get to the surgery and again on the way out….when it’s all over

It must be costing the owners a fortune in travelling etc

Yes, they recommend doing three readings and it’s usually lower on number 3 than number 1 ……
