I made a lemon/lime cheesecake today.

Supposed to be an easy recipe but seemed to take forever, so am done in.

Its easy on tv when someone gets and measures all ingredients for them.

But I was unexpectely missing one ingredient, so had to send MrM to Tesco, then had to get mrM to squeeze lemons, then back got tired with all the mixing it took, so he had to help with that. Don't think I'll bother again.
