damn Omicron...we just heard they cancelled the Christmas swim we always go and watch, so charity loses out on thousands. And local panto cancelled, so son lost out on a job after Christmas.

But now they say most omicron is just a cold now.

awww shame your son missed out on his job think Draky is just trying to  keep everyone safe and protecting the NHS but it can be frustrating at times

Well there weren’t any regulations in November ….in fact there still aren’t in England !

good, too many pointless regulations introduced here again...

cancelling an annual charity swim due to government regulation is stupid.

As is, having to wear masks to go in the pub then take it off when seated.

And a Β£60 fine if you don't work from home, but you can still go in the pub/cafe to work.

Tbh Mollie, I think Wales and Scotland have it right …it’s England that’s got it wrong …..

gosh how complicated this all is...

they never got rid of the mask thing here, but many have got fed up of it now. I am guessing a lot of people are like us and have had covid already.

it is but tbh quite happy to wear a mask indoors  ( can understand your frustration though)but at least  they are wearing them in England now in the shops - one time in M and S in Chester  - OH and I were  the only ones wearing masks
