must admit -been with BT for years and they have always been really fair they upgraded because of the problems didn't charge extra and deducted the price so we paid the same for a better service but agree sky is good and have considered it

Yes, I’d been with talk talk for decades …..and never really had any problems ….until now

I was with aol and then talk talk when they bought aol out, I was glad to see the back of them...they carried over our contracts, the speed was rubbish for months. Soon as I got out of contract, I went to Sky

yes we were with Talk Talk briefly -they were awful so changed back to BT

I expect I will …..tbh my speeds were dire ….updates that only took Moonie minutes took me ages….and my monthly costs kept going up ! But I just couldn’t be bothered to change …..and while I could afford it I couldn’t be a..d …..plus tbh, regards breakdowns etc mmI’d not really had any , so ……
