Hopefully Baz, just need the options for the other problem sorted or to help the situation, I still have 5 week to go, I hope they don't cancel it...it was supposed to be six week, and we're nearly going into 3 months and things are no better

my son changed to sky from BT and he loves it -

yes but forgot to answer today I get fibre for same price as the slower one...I have rarely had a problem Baz, think I have had downtime twice in 15 years, it lasted maybe half a day Although the old one was fast enough for me to be honest, they gave me fibre for the same price so I took them up on it
