Actually, I did know that. But the really weird thing is that the reason I know that is related to my username.
I've mentioned before that my username is a reference to the old ZX Spectrum game "Manic Miner". (It's also a reference to Eugene Sully, but let's put that to one side...)
Now it so happens that the cheat code for "Manic Miner" was to tap "typewriter" on your keyboard. Shortly after being discovered, the reason behind that particular choice of word was explained. (The original cheat code was "6031769" - the driving license number of "Manic Miner"'s creator, Matthew Smith - not easy to guess unless your name's Matthew Smith...)
In the sequel, "Jet Set Willy", the cheat code was "writetyper"...
I know this is all extremely geeky, but at least it has the virtue of being true...
