What one or more gadgets have you bought you wouldn't want to be without.
One of mine is an LED wind up torch, I bought a set of 3 from QVC about 5 years ago and they've been so useful and reliable. I keep one in the bedside cabinet, one in the car and one in this office room. The other night there was a sudden power cut so the house was suddenly plunged into darkness. I was on the pc at the time replying to an email - which I lost - so I took the torch from the desk drawer to find the candles. I didn't have to wonder would the torch work as I don't have to rely on batteries like in the past with torches and when you suddenly need them the batteries are dead and there's no spares.

TV remote
And erm . . . is a car a gadget?
I love driving - it has taken me to places, gained me jobs, given me experiences i could never have otherwise had. It's given me a richer fuller life.

Would agree with that, without one I couldn't watch tv
I don't like driving but it's certainly useful to be able to do so
And my iPod . . . well i have a Sony Flash Player - it has loads of music on it and i actually know how to use it !!!
A pocket digital radio which is always at hand and I wouldn't be without... even listen to it to get to sleep at night.
Also tempted to say my laptop and netbook - they're literally my window on the world. That and the mp3 to download Irish radio podcasts onto to keep homesickness at bay.
Less high tech is a little multi tool thingy I got from Asda last year - teeny scissors, screwdriver etc which is dead handy for footery little jobs round the place
Jeez I'm more gadget-reliant than I thought
Yes the remote! Thanks Bazzer how did we cope before that
I love my iPod Touch. Being a regular listener to music both old, new and recently discovered I find this device to be worth it's weight in gold or latinum (which ever is of greater value).
No matter where I am I have masses of music (or Podcasts) to listen to.
Also I love my 46" LED TV and Blu-ray player. Again films play a big part in my leisure activities and HD films look great.
Steam iron. Takes a lot of the effort out of ironing, tackles those pesky creases in a jiffy.
