Barbados got a gold for hurdles which my husband was extremely pleased about.
ps Wasn't it funny when the mascot that was carrying the Jamaican lady winner on his back. I said to my husband that's just an accident waiting to happen....and it did!

I used to jog around the track with a Jamaican lady who was a former world record holder at 400m while our kids were doing athletic training.
