Its awful,i havent been on a bus or gone into town on my own for 10 yrs.I do try to get to my local shops on my own which is 5 mins walk away n to think 3 months ago i was in a full time job but couldnt to that at the moment.

Sorry ILWY, I know you didn't want to bring this up again, but do know what you are going through. Lost my job because of the panic attacks, and has got to the stage that I can go out in the car, preferably not driving, but can't walk anywhere. It really is a living nightmare, so the fact that you have a job interview is absolutely fantastic news. I hope with all my heart you are successful.
