I don't particularly like him, but I can't stand the way the other smuggees are behaving towards him, so if I was in there, I'd stick up for him. No danger
I would. In fact he really reminds me of one of my sons, who is having the same sort of crap directed at him at the moment.
Ok if YOU say so oh wise one.
I would. He's intelligent and would be interesting to have a discussion with. Not saying that he is not without any annoying attributes

Dead right there GJ .... Mentalist tell your son he is the BEST and well done him for being an individual. My daughter got bullied all the way through school and after from being 7 years old. She had a misery of a life and all I could do was try and support her and make her feel good about herself. She's 22 now and is a fantastic, confident person. Unique ... and a pleasure to be around. She's a happy stronger person for it all.
I'm on holiday. I'm allowed to sit around.quote:Originally posted by who is she:quote:Originally posted by Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing:Now why would you think that. You think we all go around chaving and belching?quote:Originally posted by who is she:

Sorry Menty
I hope, like Freddie, he`ll be the stronger and better person despite it.
Thanks everyone. Yes he is unique and intelligent. I just hate that in society it is a crime to be different.
Sorry hit post before I'd finished
Pepsi, it's good to hear that they can come out the other end all the stronger for it and I hope it happens for my son. However there are a lot of children and adults out there who are made to feel ashamed of their differences and whilst we have people in the world like Kris it will never improve!

Freddie in real life, would be one of my pals.
I love the unique and different.
Menty, your son would be on my party invites.

That has chocked(sp) me up. This thread hit a nerve, just come back from the school about this very issue and all I can do is be as supportive as possible, when all I really want to do is knock their blocks off.

I understand, believe me.
It may not help right now Menty, it will take some time and unfortunately some heartbreak but the bigger picture is better.
There`s a whole better welcoming world waiting for your son. Trust me, he will find his ilk in time

That's all you can do and wanting to knock their blocks off is a natural feeling.
I hope you can get the situation sorted out

Again thanks everyone. He is dealing with it very well, it's me who isn't.
I may not pick him as a friend, but I would certainly stick up for anyone who has had to put up with the sort of gang mentality he has faced in the house.
