GJ I think the answer to 10 is REPORTERS as already suggested. PORT (wines) in REERS anagram of SEERS (viewers).

You have 12 positions for letters for clue 11 but I had a quick look at the Guardian crossword  and that shows that the clue has 10 letters only. So Dame's word may be correct. You may have meant to type **P*N*O***

yes, the answer to that question does have ten letters El Loro ...Now looking at the answer it makes perfect sense 

GJ, I have now seen the answer for 11 and Dame is right, none of the letters you have shown are right. Start off with 1 down and 4 down as those clues are easy to solve and you'll then get the first letter and 7th (which is not O) and you may then be able to get 11.
