Eat Well for Less is pretty good tonight. I'm actually laughing out loud. Tonight is not about saving money but instead turning a couple of non-cooks who only eat savoury and chocolate snacks into healthy eaters - quite amazingly, they are not at all fat.

I'm not sure how shopping and cooking wisely is going to make up for the £14K she has spent instead of using it for her garage extension.

Gregg really has a funny shaped head.

OK, I stand corrected. She spend on average £9K extra a year on food. So in about 2 years she may get close to the extension money.

That was a good segment looking at snack foods.

The homemade fruity/nut health bar looks nice and much better for you than snack foods. Could give that a try.

Some good cooking tips for the non cooks tonight.

Damn jam jar glassware again! 

Bloomin' cookery shows make me hungry. 

Lidl own brand yoghurt come last in a 5 yoghurt blind shoot out.

There you go, not everything Lidl do is good.

I saw a programme about Stevia. I seems to have no downsides. I'm surprised it's not more high profile.
