Amazing. The ones they think will win don't seem to.

And here's me going to the trouble of giving you a heads-up too.
Some of us had the forethought to eat before the show...

their positioning as the trap went down was either perfect or unfortunate depending on your viewpoint.
Bit of both, I think.
I got the impression that Behemoth had forgotten about the clusterbot and got complacent...
Why did they go near and get flipped, they had it won.

Great destruction.
Blimey - I can't remember the last time we had a fire in the arena!

Grudge match.
I'm liking the Irish girl. She really seems to enjoy it.
Really great scrap

Carbide did there what I'd expected them to do last time: use their short stature to sneak in under the flails and attack the mainframe...
The chain protection system they added was also a good idea too.
He looks like a young Rowan Atkinson.

TBH, seeing as entanglement devices are allowed this series, I'm surprised they hadn't fitted it sooner...
Another cracking fight - the presenters were just as much fun to watch.

Dara was almost as excited as Angela by the end there.
Loved that series. Bring on the next.
Thanks for the company Eugene.

I don't have Netflix, but would love to see Stranger Things.
A couple of days ago, one of my work colleagues took the Mickey because he saw me using a paper copy of the Radio Times instead of looking up programme details online. Now there are some practical advantages in a physical TV guide, but the following recent discovery made me think he may have a point...
For those who don't already know: the 4-part dramatization of the Hatton Garden safe deposit robbery that was planned to run on ITV over 4 nights this week (and which I was looking forward to after reading about it in the current RT ) has been postponed until next year. As yet, no reason has been given for the delay...
ITV's Hatton Garden heist drama starring Timothy Spall is postponed
It's being replaced from Monday to Thursday (9-10pm) by another new drama; "Bancroft" (which apparently was originally only going to be broadcast on ITV Encore). From the *ahem* online ITV guide:

It's being replaced from Monday to Thursday (9-10pm) by another new drama; "Bancroft" (which apparently was originally only going to be broadcast on ITV Encore). From the *ahem* online ITV guide:
Sarah Parish ('W1A') and Faye Marsay ('Game of Thrones') star in this brand new four-part thriller about a female detective with a dark past. Detective Superintendent Elizabeth Bancroft (Parish) is leading the charge against the violent Kamara gang, while DS Katherine Stevens (Marsay) is given the Laura Fraser cold murder case to investigate. Elizabeth and Katherine's paths soon cross as Katherine finds there is more to the Fraser case than it seems, while Elizabeth finds her past catching up with her and increasingly difficult to hide.
You are not alone, Eugene, I always buy a physical copy of the Christmas TV guide.
I am going to record Bancroft but I wonder why the Hatton Garden drama has been postponed until 2018?
OK: I know I've been banging on about it for over three years now, but I promise this will be the very last time.
I've just watched the very last episode of "Detectorists", and it was nigh-on perfect.
Beautiful countryside, great acting, and so many lovely moments that they could afford to just scatter them like confetti - including an important moment for a couple of minor characters shown out of focus, and a spot-on homage to "Witness". Wonderful stuff.
So, goodbye Detectorists.
Except, except... The 2015 Christmas special is being repeated on Sunday, 10pm BBC2.
Did anyone watch Old Peopleâs Home For 4 Year Olds when it was on Ch4 a few months ago? I loved it, it was touching, funny and uplifting.
There is a Christmas special on, on Channel4 on Monday 18th at 9pm.
"Sniff"..........just watched ' A Town Without Christmas'.........have shed tears, and now feel Christmassy...............might even watch another another True Christmas film....I love a good cry.............

Anyone-else watching "A Stitch in Time"? The third episode is on BBC4 tonight (Wed) at 8.30pm.
Each week, Amber Butchart supervises over the reconstruction of a historical set of clothing as portrayed in a famous painting. Not perhaps the most entertaining-sounding brief for a TV show (and tonight's subject matter, "The Hedge Cutter", isn't perhaps the most exciting introduction to the programme for those who haven't seen it before), but I found last week's reconstruction of the dress from the Arnolfini portrait absolutely fascinating...
I do like Antiques Road Trip but I'm finding Paul Laidlaw increasingly offputting...he is so smug and full of himself...time for the scrapheap please
