Been a very informative and enjoyable series. Quite fascinating.
Watching Jamie & Jimmy's Friday night.......Scarlet Moffatt verifying that she is an idiot is putting me off food.............
And my BP will probably go through the roof for CBB , so ....Scarlett learning to boil an egg and make it Sottish......and us learning how to get our tractors out go onto our land dig a big whole and cook a Stuffed Deer in our underground oven........

Did anyone watch Good Karma Hospital? Loved it - real feel good Sunday night telly (if you discount the stabbings/ill babies/dying woman that is) India looks like a gorgeous place, but i'm sure it's not quite as picture book as it looks.
How come the police always barge in and demand to a search of the premises just as the people are just about to sit down to a meal?

I recorded it and watched it later last night, I thought it was ok Kaffs and I will probably stick with it, I'm not a fan of Amanda Redman and when I can eventually get passed that I'll be fine 
It was filmed in Sri Lanka Kaffs and it looked fabulous 
I am really enjoying this programme: Sicily: Wonder of the Mediterranean. with Michael Scott.

I might make a point of watching 'Roots' on BBC4 starting tomorrow The original was a blinding good series

Thank Bog I managed to avoid the Appletree Yard result! I very much enjoyed it and thanks to Mrs Jer for not giving the game away after it was her book club choice previously! Obviously I'm not going to mention the result.
ION we are still enjoying Taboo, Halcyon, No Offence and Unforgotten.

I agree with all of that - but I got to episode three of Taboo and still wasn't sure if I like it or not... didn't understand what was going on some of the time tbh. Still have the rest recorded - i assume you think it's worth trying again?
Love No Offence and looking forward to the conclusion of Unforgotten this week - fave moment so far 'That was cripplingly embarrassing... not for me, for you..' 
Yep! I think Taboo is worth sticking with. It's unusual. It deals with the regency times and we don't normally see much domestic stuff from then. It deals with basic and original chemistry and introduces supernatural nonsense for those who like that sort of thing!
I love Taboo. dark,.compelling stuff. Also No Offence ..love the cast but find it hard to keep up with the plot/plots....
Unforgotten is searing stuff also compelling.

Yes very moving ....it's funny how tv almost overdoses on certain actors...Nicola Walker is very good but sometimes I get confused as she is in absolutely everything

Yes, Nicola has done very well for herself since she was in Spooks.
We still refer to her as Ruth chez garage.
We are behind and watched No Offence tonight. We'll probably watch Unforgotten tomorrow. We still have Halcyon and Endeavour and the much awaited return of Rosie to watch. I hope they have some double handlers permed from Ken, Dev and Rosie. They should really get Charlie and Duffin in from Casualty too!

Me too. I'm quite drained. I love Nicola Walker in everything she does, but that whole cast was amazing.

We caught up tonight. I thought the ending, rather like Appletree Yard, pleasing. That's two happy endings in a row.

Actually, yes. I know crime is crime but there are some 'decent prisoners' that do want to change their lives. I deal with the post and log it in and if you could see some of the letters we get 
A quick heads-up for EastEnders fans as I've just realised that BBC1 have a bit of an EE binge tonight (Thursday) - a double episode starting at 7.30pm, followed immediately by a special on June Brown (Dot) as she celebrates her 90th Birthday!

After I complained about the boss making me watch Moorside I found it to be well done. In fact Gemma Whelan surely gave the performance of the year so far.
