Is nobody watching The Missing?      Last episode tonight and I have to say it's the best thing I've seen in ages - really looking forward to the conclusion.

I'm watching it, but I haven't fully caught up yet so I can't watch tonight's episode "live".

It's the same with "Humans": too many long serials on at roughly the same time...

There are, Eugene.. part why I've stopped going the motions watching I'm a Celeb and Masterchef.    I'm enjoying Humans too (is it wrong to be on the side of the synths do you think?)    Won't post any spoilers about The Missing  (but I think they might be hard to avoid online after tonight)  Look forward to hearing what you think.

Ohhhhh, me too! It was all tidied up nicely, though I expect I will wake up in the night thinking "yeah but what was that bit all about ..."

I've thought of something.. won't say too much for Eug's sake, but who was the bald guy in the market place in Iraq?

Do you mean the one that Baptiste thought was following him?

I wondered if he was imagined by Baptiste and was "chasing him" to get him to return home for the operation?

Brilliant series (much better than the first) and I'm keeping everything crossed that "trois" was a hint that there will be a third series involving the fabulous Baptiste.

Walliams and friends - did anyone see it??

Watched first two 'jokes' and the last one and thought it was utter tosh.

That it included the atrocious Jack Whitehall only adds to its horror

I decided not to watch, and it sounds like I made the right choice. Always had mixed views about Walliams, and Whitehall sealed the deal. I've not been keen on him since his appearances on Big Brother's Big Mouth...

ION we have been following "my mum and other animals" on a Sunday (watchable) and that Poliarkof tut. In general there's not a lot on and we've been watching films (The Take was good) and of course the superior "The Crown" (showered with BAFTAS one assumes)

I have been watching "Close to the Enemy" and am starting to get into it, although I know that Poliakoff can be a bit of an "acquired taste".

Did you see the interview with the historian David Reynolds that they showed after tonight's episode?

I saw it shortly after it came out. Really good CGI.

Normally I can't stand Jim Carey, but he does quite a few parts in this and he was brilliant

I am also a bit hit and miss with Mr Carey's work, but I understand he acted this and they overlayed the CGI. I suppose they are working from a good piece of writing in the first place.
