Syd,

If you don't mind me asking (and it's something I have been meaning to ask for a while). What device do you use to post and why do you have full stops between each word?

 Exactly

Mind you, he's still miles better than that prat, Anthony Cotton, who plays Sean.

Maybe get a  keyboard from Asda or Tesco  Syd - they're only cheap?  They connect through a usb port.

Or a bluetooth or wireless one from Amazon Syd? I'm a terrible one for breaking laptops, and have often resorted to an external keyboard.

Hope you can get it sorted xx

Lose Weight for Love.

A series focusing on couples locked in a cycle of overeating. It's pretty standard fare with the usual end of episode reveal.

I would like to see how they have kept up with their weight loss programmes and if they have slipped back.

BBC One and BBC One HD for those interested.

I recorded it and am watching it now

The Truth About Healthy Eating. - BBC One

The Detox Diet. It is better to eat a healthy diet. It transpires that detox diets are pants. So if any one says to you they are going on a detox diet, you can tell them it has no positive effect.

I watched it, I've seen all those conclusions before. Their 'Scientific Research and Experiments' were a bit UN-scientific in places.

What we don't see is what happens behind the scenes. I would wager that the programme put more time and effort in to test their theories than any of the companies pushing fad diets - lol.

I imagine most people here will be watching the live BB "eviction" instead, but I've just discovered that the first show in the new series of "The Last Leg" has been extended by 20 mins: 10-11.25 pm, Friday C4.

It's already been widely publicized that Jeremy Corbyn will be on it, but apparently Russell Crowe's going to be a guest too (he's been on before).

Eugene's Lair

The Liver Birds episode starting on BBC Two HD.

I did enjoy this series as a young lad (read fancied Nerys Hughes). I guess it's a tribute to Carla Lane.

John Nettles looks kinda weird, you can see it's John Nettles, but his face looks too long!

Worth a watch on iPlayer Baz. There is also a documentary about Liver Birds/Carla Lane as well.

Love Your Garden.

Garden type makeover show (if you like that kind of thing). I just enjoy seeing the gardens.

I am watching and have smiled and cried a few times over the Land Army girls and Iris.....

I forgot to check the thread, I was watching. Very touching programme Syd.
