Just watched the final couple of instalments of 'Trapped', the Icelandic drama that's been shown on BBC4 over the last few weeks.  And gripping stuff it was, too.  Good plot(s), well acted, absolutely stunning scenery.   Hope there's a second series.

I watched it too, Madame. I thought it was very good indeed.

Glad you enjoyed it too, Yogi.  I thought it was the best thing on the telly for ages.

I loved the character of Andri and felt so sorry for him as he slumped off on his own at the end.  He had solved the case but not without cost to himself.

Me too. He is such a lovely big bear of a man.

I've been having a look round on the net and there have been hints that there may be a second series. Fingers crossed!

Ooh, well done on finding that out, Yogi.  I do hope it happens.

It would also be nice to know what happened to a couple of the townsfolk who'd got themselves into a bit of a pickle, too.   (Only way I can word that without putting in a spoiler)

This is going to make me grrrrrrrrrrr !!!

These landlords are taking the p*** looking at the squalid conditions they have their tenants living in.

Oh dear, that is just awful.

Anyone watching the documentary series called The Story of Cats currently on ITV?

I am, it's interesting.

Ahhh I meant to watch that! Was it good EC?

Yes, I learnt a lot about cats I didn't know before Rog.

Ta EC... they're fascinating wee creatures.

Black fish? I saw that a while ago... about the time i went to Florida.... Scary to think they used to have photo ops with kids sa on the very same killer whales AND alot of those still there are bred from the same sperm! I actually cried watching that tbh

Absolutely horrendous. The programme on just before Blackfish, about the circus elephant that escaped was heartbreaking too. Its torture what it was subjected to.

Seaworld has announced that it's ending its orca breeding programme and that the orca whales currently at its parks will be the last generation. They say that they are unlikely to survive if they released them into the wild so will stay in the parks until they die.

I'm watching

Is she having the same effect on you then Velvet?

I'm upset because I am listening to Iggy Pop and have realised I can no longer have a physique like him.

So: how many of also are waiting patiently for the start of Series 3 of "Line of Duty"?

I've never seen it , but am downloading it from Catch Up later to give it a go

I would strongly recommend watching it from Series 1 rather than leaping straight into the new series, Baz. Without going into spoiler territory, my understanding is that the bigger, overarching story really kicks back in on next weeks episode...

well... it didn't disappoint!

Not-half!

That first episode had everything we'd hope from "Line of Duty": an exiting chase opening, an extremely tense (and prolonged) interview scene, and a game-changing twist ending - cracking stuff!

I'm now three episodes into Gotham Season 2.    #xcitd.

Without going into spoiler details, look out for a surprise appearance by Michelle Gomez mid-season!

I had to look her up as the name did not ring a bell but once I saw her face I thought 'great', she is a good actress. I remember her from Green Room and Bad Education before Doctor Who
