I've got Lip Sync Battle on at the mo. I know....it's crass    but it's that crass it's good....at least the American one I caught over Xmas was, with Dwayne 'the rock' Johnson and someone else who I can't remember the name of

I'm trying the UK one tonight , for the minute

I'm going to watch it tomorrow, as I'm currently watching the first part of "Music Moguls" on BBC4. They're talking about Sharon Osbourne's dad right now: apparently he threatened to break the Small Faces' legs if they didn't sign a contract...

I really liked the US Lip Sync Battle: the one between Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt (best mates in real life) was a cracker. My initial impression of the UK version is that it's trying too hard to be funny, but I'm going to give it more time...

Like you, I'll try and catch the next one and give it time

Is anyone-else out there watching "Deutschland 83" on C4?

It's in a difficult slot, as it premiered on the same night as "War and Peace" and the new series of "Endeavour", and of course goes up against Sunday's CBB as well. However I'm becoming hooked - which is more than I can say for "Beowulf", which also premiered on the same night, but which I gave up on almost immediately...

Will Shetland be any good? It's a new series but is it a new programme? Do I record it?

I liked the previous series, so I'm recording it.

me too  I like Dougie Henshall and the scenery...but I watch so much detective drama and Scandi Noir that I should run Scotland Yard...seen it all and guess the murderer every time {well mostly}

I watched that Eugene! They called him the AL Capone of the music biz. One manager who considered taking one of his bands was dangled out of a window by heavies. He put his daughter Sharon's name on all documents -  her  and Ozzy were interviewed complaining they were left to pay a massive tax bill for him! A right Wrong 'Un!

There was something about the winning teams captain I was not liking.

I have to admit that I felt prematurely smug tonight, because I got the Sean Bean question on the first clue (I saw "Black Death over Christmas).

Well done

It's been a good few weeks worth of quizzing on the show, really enjoyed it.

Home Under the Hammer

Dion Dublin, why?

Now he is probably a nice bloke but I cannot see what he adds to the programme. Lucy and Martin do a good job, seem to have years of knowledge and are a good balance in the show.

I would really like to know what the BBC's thought process was behind the move to introduce him.

Yes, he's not 'that' kind of presenter I don't think. He should stick to what he knows
