I have a school friend on FB who is a tattooist, he was training someone up using oranges

Night ladies, or good morning should I say as I now up and ready for the new day.
Oranges! now that makes sense, there must be some way to develop skills before actually inking someone.
Started watching HUMANS - very interesting
Watched episodes 1+2 so far - the mother has decided to return Anita and the synth placed into prostitution killed a client
Looks good
I am loving Humans, it's the only prgramme that I give my full attention to
I'm also watching Odyssey and loving it. I'm still a couple of episodes behind, so no spoilers please... it's a bit Homeland-esque.

When it first started, the Radio Times described it as "like a CBeebies version of 'Homeland'".
I must admit I'm following it too, but am also behind, which is why I haven't been posting about it.
I'm just about to watch Lip Sync Battle: The Rock vs Jimmy Fallon.
On Channel 5 now.
This may or may not be good (or bad in a so bad it's good kind of way).
Also, I had the pleasure of a very late night marathon session of recordings of Say Yes To The Dress at the weekend...

Trying to come up to speed on that too - it was shown on Spike a couple of months ago, but I was too busy trying to keep up with "Breaking Bad" and BB at the time.
Something I only discovered recently is that Stephen Merchant's an executive producer on the show, along with Fallon and John Krasinski. They all compete on it at some point too...
I'm watching Fallon doing Madonna right now, Eugene
(I thought I'd seen this show listed elsewhere too, thanks )
Edit! Not literally doing Madonna, just lip syncing to her song

There are some big stars on that show, though: I believe Anne Hathaway and Anna Kendrick appear on later episodes...
I might become addicted out of sheer nothingelsetodo-ness
In the meantime, I'm off to my pit; nighty night
I'm watching another episode of The Interceptor. Out of 8 I have now seen two and they pretty decent. I probably should have watched all of them. Last one next week.

Just watching eppy 6 atm, I'm loving it too
I've just finished watching BBC4 - Killer Whales/Seaworld.
Horrendous

Black fish? I saw that a while ago... about the time i went to Florida.... Scary to think they used to have photo ops with kids sa on the very same killer whales AND alot of those still there are bred from the same sperm! I actually cried watching that tbh

Absolutely horrendous. The programme on just before Blackfish, about the circus elephant that escaped was heartbreaking too. Its torture what it was subjected to.
That's the one, Jen: Tilikum is the name of the bull orca.

Yeah, I'd heard about it just before i went to America last year.. It was on the plane in flight stuff but i decided not to watch it until the return flight.... The trainers interviews were eye opening too. When i was there (At seaworld Orlando) they were rebuilding the whole stadium, so the Orca was in what i can only describe as a bathtub with a viewing window... I never went there and i'm glad i didnt.
The shows were more about the trainers acting and colourful parrots breaking up the dolphin shows... they were good and each animal only really did 1 or 2 tricks.....
I do hope they've taken all this on board (even if it was through publicity of their downfalls) ie rebuilding the Whale shows etc.
Although I did notice on the way into Seaworld there were signs banning protests and slogans on Tshirts

They made a comment about the holding pens in the documentary, Jen. I'm glad I watched the programme although I can't say it made for pleasant viewing - the injuries sustained by the trainers were horrific and I'm bemused as to why, after the 1st death, that they carried on with the training/daily shows.
It certainly proved to me, if proof were needed, that holding these beautiful creatures in captivity is wrong.....and I don't care how intelligent they are OR how clever the trainers are in 'relating' to them
anyone watched cordon yet?
its on bbc4 or 3-cant remember but its on catch up
its really good-about a virus that shuts down a neighbourhood of antwerp
oh yeah, its subtitled
but most of the good programmes now usually are
