A couple of other heads-ups:
For those still following "The Fall", note that the final episode on Thursday is 90 minutes long (though still starts at 9pm).
Also: I've just seen the trailer for the new series of "Spiral": "Coming soon" on BBC4!
I'm looking forward to the final episode of The Missing.
I loved the first series of The Fall, but the second series seems to have lost its way.
Any idea of whodunnit Yogi?
I reckon its red herrings all over.. and Bourg did it [but lied] ...
I haven't got a blooming clue - and I'm usually quite good at whodunnits! lol
I do think Mark, the policeman who is engaged to Emily, is dodgy, but I'm not sure if that's just because he (imo) preyed on her when she was at her most vulnerable.
Unless it's a complete red herring, I do think Monique might be Molly - although I've seen a theory that Vincent might be Molly after a sex change.
I'm going with a revenge kidnap for some dodgy dealing that James Nesbitt and his FiL were involved in.
As you can see, I'm clueless!
Oooh smart thinking Yogi - you could well be right. Lots of those loose ends to be tied up .
Wonder what Eugene thinks...
At the risk of sounding like I'm copping-out: I'm just enjoying the ride!
If I had to put money on it, I'd go for Alain Deloix (the hotel owner and mayor's brother ) , who I've been suspicious of since the beginning. However the ending of episode 7 might suggest Alain being a recovered alcoholic is a red herring...
I might be a bit disappointed if it is Alain (a little too obvious and clichÃĐd), but then I went through all this with "The Killing": I had a guess at the killer's identity after the first double-episode, and I remember thinking at the time that I'd be very disappointed if I was to sit through another 18 hours of TV only to discover it was the obvious suspect. In the end, though, when it turned out I'd been spot on, I realized I wasn't bothered after all: journey rather than destination, you see...
